Hooray Fientje is a mother

Today I am closing a very beautiful chapter of a fantastically wonderful puppyhood.

For 15 weeks, I was allowed to lovingly care for these eight darlings.

Like my other sweethearts Jansje, Fientje, Eefje & Abby, I took them all into my heart.

It was with a tear and a smile that I said goodbye today to my last puppy to leave the litter.

Bonbon Bonny A Dream Of Agatha joined her super sweet new owner early this morning.

On to a beautiful life full of new challenges and friends.

From the car, mum Fientje & Truusje watch as Bonny leaves.

This was really quite a spicy moment, tears were running down my cheeks.

To fill the void a bit, we drove to (Brave Betty A Dream Of Agatha) Tess in the evening and the sisters had a lovely time playing with their mum Fientje and the other friends.

Have a good time.

On the other hand, there was an impromptu visit from Beachboy Baldo A Dream Of Agatha (Ravi) last Monday. There he was at the fence waiting to be allowed in.

Enthusiastically he came running towards me, saw me immediately and was eager to greet me. This was almost impossible, as he was completely cuddled by mama Fientje, Truusje, Bonny, Jansje & Eefje. He was immediately one of the guys again. My heart melted at seeing him again.

Rose had to take a look, is it really you and hup she was right back in my car. Lovely to see her again.

Awfully nice such a spontaneous action.

Fientje's puppies are now 12 weeks old.

This week Blingbling Billy (Rose), went home with her new family.

The 2 sisters Bonny & Truusje watch as sister Rose joins her new family in the car.

Meanwhile, the puppy pen has been removed, Truusje & Bonny may now sleep with the big dogs.

Just a little more learning where your basket is, and soon this fence can go away too.

Fientje's puppies are now 11 weeks old.

Meanwhile, Beachboy Baldo A Dream Of Agatha (Ravi)has also been picked up by his new family, he is having a great time there.

The remaining 3 puppies have been taken to the forest several times now. So nice to see them becoming more and more free.

Saar also came to help another afternoon, the puppies love her.

Fientje's puppies are now 10 weeks old.

The stable is now out of play territory, which is nice for a while for entertainment.

The ladies and gentleman are now in need of more surface to stretch their legs.

Thus, they diligently help with mucking out in paddock, trough and pasture.

They know the routes around the house and listen to their names.

They are also housebroken on the artificial turf and grass.

Fientje's puppies are now 9 weeks old.

4 puppies have now been picked up by their new owners.

The other four darlings were allowed to get their 9-week vaccination today, so off they went in the trolley to the vet.

They all behaved nicely.

It is now my turn to make the 4 who are still here worldly wise.

They also like to snooze in the sun, the four of them and, as pictured below, with the entire pack.

Fientje's puppies are now 8 weeks old.

Time to go out and explore the world.

Fientje's puppies are now 7 weeks old.

How fast they have grown, they really are little buggers now.

Taking toys or some goodies away from each other is a daily occurrence.

Exploring the stable more and more and climbing on the silage bale is a real favourite.

When I arrive with the trolley, they get all busy, jump against the edge, they just know what we are going to do.

Super cute such free and enthusiastic puppies.

This week, they went with the car for the first time.

After the adventure, they rested in the run where I also placed a crate, so they can get used to that too.

Fientje's puppies are now 6 weeks old.

It was a week full of challenges and experiences.

They were able to play outside a lot and were offered different new toys.

Very nice to see how they react to this.

Their indoor run has been adapted, it now has a very large artificial turf on which they can play wonderfully.

They have also been wormed again, the board of management has been to chip them and they got their 6-week vaccination today, having all been declared completely healthy.

Each puppy also now has his/her own pedigree name linked to their chip.

Luckily I also had my helper Saar this week, the puppies absolutely love her.

Fientje's puppies are now 5 weeks old.

It was a week full of new experiences and adventures.

So they finally got to meet Jansje and aunts Abby & Eefje, which was a great success from all sides.

At the end of the week, the weather turned lovely and I took the puppies to the stable in the wagon.

Led by Fientje, they took their first steps in new territory and were also served lunch right there.

The next day, after a new adventure in the wagon, they were allowed to explore in front of the house in the run, also gaining new impressions.

By now, the wagon has become quite common and the stable has also become familiar territory, they happily run around and also challenge the other dogs.

My granddaughter Saar comes to help regularly and the puppies absolutely love her.

Fientje's puppies are now 4 weeks old.

Today they completed their 2^e deworming received.

Their enclosure also underwent a metamorphosis this week, halfway through the week the middle partition was taken out to give them a bit more room to move around.

Since the little ladies and the little gentleman are growing so fast, they now also sleep in a really big dog basket and I raised the rim. I also made the puppy collars a bit wider again.

Peeing the poop on the pads is getting better and better, when they wake up, they climb out of the basket and then neatly do their business on the pads, of course there is still the occasional accident.

This week they switched from tartare to fresh meat and also eat soaked kibble with goat's milk, mummy Fientje is now the dessert.

Fientje's puppies are now 3 weeks old.

Today they got to taste a scoop of fresh tartar for the first time, all puppies really liked it, it clearly tasted like more.

This week they have also been introduced to warm goat's milk and some rice flour mixed in, this goes in enthusiastically, lovely to see.

They also all have new collars on, the 3-week-old ones were really getting too small now, little girls and little boys grow up.

The whelping box has also been restyled, the fat bed is now half the size and on the other half there are now training pads.

It is also already being used to urinate and defecate on it.

Of course there are still the accidents on the lard bed itself, at 3 weeks you are not immediately housebroken, but they do look for the pads, which is already very clever.

Fientje's puppies are now 2 weeks old.

Today they were dewormed for the first time.

The puppies' eyes are open, they are moving faster and faster through the whelping box, the hind legs are already being put under them quite a bit, they are beautiful powerful puppies.
